Your Profile
The staffing agency or healthcare facility views your profile when considering your application. Although not all sections are required before receiving offers, we strongly recommend completing as much of your profile as you can.
Your profile includes the following tiles:​

Personal | Preferences | Credentials | Experience | Skills | Tests | Documents | Acknowledge
NOTE:​ You might not see all of these tiles on your home screen. Some of these tiles appear only if the staffing agency or hospital facility has enabled that feature.
Personal
​​The Personal tile includes your information, including your contact info, home address, emergency contact, and referral. The address you enter here is the location used if you set a location radius in Open Assignments and available PRN shifts.
Preferences​
In the Preferences tile, you can set work preferences, shift preferences, work locations, shift alert settings, and assignment alerts.

The work preferences, shift preferences, and work locations you set here affect which shifts appear in Open Assignments.

In Shift Alert Settings, you can determine how many, if any, alerts to notify you of available shifts that match your shift preferences.

In Assignment Alerts, you can select to receive notifications of an assignment that matches your preferences and how you'd like to receive that notification.
Credentials
The staffing agency or healthcare facility views your licenses, certifications, and health records when reviewing your application.

The agency may require you to enter or upload specific licenses, certifications, or health records before applying to or accepting offers.

If you've previously entered a license or certification that has since expired, the license/certification tile will turn red and the expiration date will display on the tile.

​
Add a license, certification, or health record​

Navigate to the Credentials tile from your home screen.

Open the appropriate dropdown.

Click Add State License or Add Certification.

Complete the form.
-
Click Save Credential.

Edit a license, certification, or health record​

Navigate to the Credentials tile from your home screen.

Open the appropriate dropdown.
-
Click the license, certification, or health record you'd like to edit.

Edit as needed.

Click Save Credential.
Experience
The staffing agency or healthcare facility views your education, work, references, and resume when reviewing your application.
The agency may require you to enter specific information before applying to or accepting offers.

Add a education, work, or reference​

Navigate to the Experience tile from your home screen.

Open the appropriate dropdown.

Click Add School, Add Work History, or Add Reference.

Complete the form.
-
Click Save Changes.
​
Edit a license, certification, or health record​

Navigate to the Experience tile from your home screen.

Open the appropriate dropdown.
-
Click the school, work history, or reference you'd like to edit.

Edit as needed.
-
Click Save Changes.
​
Upload a resume

Navigate to the Experience tile from your home screen.

Open the Resume dropdown.
-
Click Browse.
-
Select the file to upload.
-
Click Upload.
​
NOTE: You cannot delete a resume. To remove a resume, you must upload a new file to replace it.
Competency Tests
​​The staffing agency or healthcare facility views your competency tests results when reviewing your application.
​​

To take a competency test or to view a completed competency test, click the Tests tile on your home screen. You can only take a competency test if it's been assigned to you.

Some competency tests allow you to download reading materials to review before taking the test.

During the test, you'll see a timer that displays how much time you have left to complete the test.

To skip a question and return later, toggle the Review Later switch. At the end of the test, questions that were marked as Review Later or haven't been answered yet will display again.

Once all of the questions have been answered, the End Test button appears.

You can view your test score in the Completed section of the Tests tile.

Skills
​The staffing agency or healthcare facility views your skill ratings when reviewing your application.
​

To complete a skills form or to view a completed skills form, click the Skills tile on your home screen. You can only complete a skills form if it's been assigned to you.

For each skill listed, rate your experience with a 0 (no experience), 1 (limited experience), 2 (mid-level experience), or a 3 (advanced-level experience).

No experience: Has no experience in this skill.

Limited experience: Has a level of experienced gained in classroom, clinical, or skills lab; needs assistance when performing this skill.
-
Mid-level experience: Performs skill occasionally and may occasionally require assistance when performing this skill; understands and can discuss applications and implications.
-
Advanced-level experience: Performs frequently, does not need supervision, capable of coaching others in the application of this competency.

Electronic Docs (eDocs)
​eDocs enables you to complete documents from your browser or a mobile device. You can complete a document if one is assigned to you and view previously completed documents in the Documents tile.
​
Documents might include W-4, I-9, employee handbooks, background check authorization, etc.
NOTE: This tile is only available if your organization has enabled this feature.

Complete an eDoc​

Navigate to the Documents tile from your home screen.

Open the assigned document.
-
If applicable, download and review reading materials.

Sign the document in the Signature fields.

Click Finish.
Acknowledge​
In the Acknowledge tile, you can acknowledge employment eligibility, statements, and any other acknowledgments. At the end of the acknowledgments is a signature box, which you can sign using your finger if you're on a mobile device or a mouse if you're on a desktop.

Prerequisites
Before you can start the acknowledgments, you'll need to complete your profile (Personal), preferences, credentials, and experience. If you're unsure which sections are required to be completed before acknowledgment or which ones you still need to complete, you can view the prerequisites in the Acknowledge tile.
