Reports

The reporting page is where you can run a select set of reports to gain insight into hours scheduled vs hours worked on the Sign-In Sheet Report, the shift schedule of a facility on the Schedule Report, and a payroll report for your AP system on the Payroll Based Journal Report. Each of the reports have available filters so you can find the exact data that you need to manage your staff and needs.

Sign-In Sheet Report

To run the sign-in sheet report, click the Reports tab, then select Sign-In Sheet Report. Once the report has been selected, you will have the following options to filter the report:

1.  Facilities*

a. All (default)

b. Can be set to any combination

2.  Shift Date

a. Current period (default)

b. Last Period

c. Custom Range

3.  Shift Status

a. All (default)

b. Open

c. Filled

d. Cancelled

4.  Confirmation Status

a. All (default)

b. Confirmed

c. Unconfirmed

Schedule Report

​

To run the schedule report, click the Reports tab, then select Schedule Report. Once the report has been selected, you will have the following options to view the report:

 

1. List View

2. Monthly Calendar

3. Weekly Calendar

 

Once a View Type has been selected, you can filter the report based on the following:
 

1. Report Month/Week

2. Facilities*

3. Certification

4. Specialty

5. Shift Status

6. Confirmation Status

7. Floor

 

*Designates a required selection. The report can viewed in the current or new tab. Once generated the report can be printed.

 

Payroll Based Journal Report

To run the sign-in sheet report, click the Reports tab, then select Payroll Based Journal Report. Once the report has been selected, you will have the following options to view the report:

1. Facilities*

2. Year

3. Shift/Date Period

a. Select any month

b. Fiscal Quarters

4. Employee ID Source

a. Default

b. Employee ID

c. Temp ACS ID

5. Output Type

a. XLM

b. XLSX
