Workforce Portal

The Workforce Portal is a mobile-friendly website designed for your temps to track their time and attendance, view schedules, take tests and skills checklists, and sign required documents. Temps can also browse open shifts and assignments and make requests to you to pick up that order. Depending on the VMS’ requirements one or more of these may be required for filled orders and assignments.

All temps with access to the Workforce Portal have access to a Help Guide to assist with questions that they may have.

Inviting Temps to the Workforce Portal

To invite a temp to set up an account in the Workforce Portal use the following steps:​

​

  1. On the Temps tab under the WFP View column click Set View on the row of the temp you wish to invite

  2. Set the portal view for the temp under the Experience/View section by clicking either Applicant or Worker

  3. Once the view has been set click the button Send Invite to Workforce Portal

  4. The system will process and an email will be set to your temp for them to set up their profile

*In order for a temp to be invited to the Workforce Portal they must have a valid email address in their profile information.

Temp Workforce Portal Set Up

After your temp has been invited to set up a profile in the Workforce Portal they can expect the following;

​

  1. The temp will receive an email from the system inviting them to set up an account. Included in that email is a link

  2. After clicking on the Account Creation Link they will be taken to a page to set up their username and password

  3. The system defaults the username to their email address, but that can be modified if desired.

  4. After entering their desired username and password they will click Save Credentials and the system will direct them to the main login page where they can use those credentials to login to the Workforce Portal.
